Comcast buys Plaxo

компютриAbout 6 hours ago I received a letter form Plaxo saying they signed a “…definitive agreement o be acquired by Comcast, the nation’s leading provider of entertainment, information and communications products and services”
According to the mail, Plaxo will remain an “…independent brand, organization and entity”. While everything sounds fine, I’m starting to ask myself what are the reason for this deal.
